Matthew Perry was privately buried in a funeral attended by his close family and friends, including his "Friends" cast members Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer, sources say.

The funeral for Perry, famous for playing Chandler Bing on "Friends," will be held about a week after his passing.

Perry tragically died on October 28 at the age of 54, due to an apparent drowning in his Los Angeles home. Emergency responders declared him dead after a quick medical assessment.

NBC News was told that the cause of death was delayed for a toxicology report. The first autopsy results were unclear, so more investigation was requested.
